Data Deletion Policy

Signed-in users can use Settings to delete their Grade Booster data and Clerk login account.

Deleting through Clerk's profile controls also triggers Grade Booster deletion when the signed Clerk webhook is configured.

Users can also raise deletion requests by emailing support@gradebooster.app.

Deletion removes the profile, settings, course choices, progress, mastery, quiz history, saved quizzes, XP, streaks, feedback, and product usage records linked to the account.

Service providers may retain encrypted or access-controlled backups for a limited period under their own retention processes.
