These terms explain the rules for using Grade Booster and the responsibilities that come with an account.

Who Runs Grade Booster
Grade Booster is operated by an individual creator based in the UK. Support is available at support@gradebooster.app.
Grade Booster is independent and is not affiliated with any exam board.
Educational Use
Grade Booster provides GCSE-style revision support, progress tracking, and practice questions. It does not guarantee a grade, exam result, or improvement.
The app is not a replacement for school teaching, official specifications, exam-board materials, or professional advice.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for using your own account only.
Do not try to access another person's account, interfere with the service, scrape content, spam the platform, or use the app for cheating.
Content and Intellectual Property
Grade Booster content is owned by Grade Booster or used with permission. You may use it for personal revision only.
Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, republish, or train another product on Grade Booster content without permission.
Payments
Paid plans are not available during beta. Current beta users temporarily receive access to the features being tested.
If paid plans are introduced later, prices, billing intervals, renewals, cancellation rights, and included features will be shown before purchase.
Payments are processed by an external payment provider. Grade Booster does not store full card details.
Cancellation and refund information is available on the Billing, Subscription Terms, and Refunds pages. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Availability and Liability
We aim to keep Grade Booster available, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, outages, or technical problems.
To the extent allowed by law, Grade Booster is not responsible for indirect loss, exam outcomes, or decisions made using the service.
Ending or Restricting Access
We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service, put other users at risk, or break these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
