Refund and Cancellation Policy

This page explains how to cancel a paid plan and ask about a refund.

Cancelling a subscription

Paid plans are closed during beta. If an earlier test subscription still appears, contact support for help cancelling it.

Cancellation normally stops the next renewal. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period.

Refund requests

Send refund or billing questions to support@gradebooster.app with the account email and payment date. Do not send card details.

Refund requests are considered under these terms and applicable UK consumer law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
